Una simile scelta, improntata ad un'ancora inedita lungimiranza, contribuirebbe a scongiurare altri lutti, altre distruzioni e - contemporaneamente - a formare una diversa cultura ecologica, fondata sulla prevenzione, sul risparmio del territorio, sullo sviluppo della bioedilizia, sull'impiego di fonti di energia rinnovabili, sulla messa al bando della speculazione affaristica fra imprese e potere politico, sull'attivazione di severi and effective administrative controls.
