The new Law 122/2010 repealed the first paragraph of Article 10 of Decree 78/2010 ( original text stated below) that the first draft provided for the 85% increase in the percentage of disability needed to get the monthly assistance reserved for disabled partial therefore the percentage profit for the right back to being 74% - of course always in the presence of income percentage requirements.
